Sometimes, you just have to be in paradise for thoughts to click. I was on this beach, begomoyo island, today. We ate fresh crab, calamari and fish and chips of course! Watching the aqua-clear water, I remembered that the first five pages of a novel have to deliver so much–it has to tell the reader how to read the whole book. I’m ready to plunge in.
Many thanks to Beverly for the wonderful picnic, for finding the coral reef and for her marvelous boat which ferried us from Dar to this ‘as pretty as any screen-saver”image except I was really there.
